So I guess the secret is out (wasn't really a secret), a small surf and fishing village tucked away on the North Coast of New South Wales. A holiday destination that still remains untouched by the tourist crowds and where the locals still smile and say hello. Some people call it the next Byron Bay but they would be mistaken.
The thing that is so special about Yamba isn't hip restaurants or places to shop, it's that the town still feels local, small and uncommercialized. Surrounded on nearly all sides by some of the worlds most pristine beaches and national parks Yamba is a place where you can find just the right amount of what you need to stay, eat and slow things down and reconnect to whats important, family.
